Diagnostic Sprint

You know something needs to change but you're not sure what to fix first. The Diagnostic Sprint gives you the answer.

Over two to three weeks, we assess your organization across the dimensions that matter most during growth: leadership alignment, decision-making, team structure, role clarity, and cultural dynamics. We work directly with you and your leadership team, not from a distance.

You walk away with a clear, prioritized roadmap of what's holding growth back and what to address first. Not a slide deck of observations. A document you can act on the following Monday.

Duration: 2 to 3 weeks
Investment: €5,000 to €8,000, depending on company size and complexity
Best for: Founders who sense the organization needs to evolve but want clarity before committing to a longer engagement

Growth Program

The structured engagement where the real work happens. Three to six months, embedded with your leadership team, focused on the specific transitions the Diagnostic surfaces.

This typically covers some combination of: reshaping how decisions get made so they don't all run through you, clarifying who owns what so that accountability matches the organization you're becoming, developing leaders who were promoted for technical strength into people who can lead teams, and rebuilding the operating rhythm so that strategy and execution stay connected as you scale.

You walk away with a leadership team that operates at the level the company now demands, an organizational structure that fits where you're heading, and the confidence that growth won't outpace your ability to lead it.

Duration: 3 to 6 months
Investment: €25,000 to €40,000, depending on scope, company size, and number of leaders involved
Best for: Founders who've done the Diagnostic (or already know what needs to change) and are ready to do the work

Growth Partnership

For founders who want a thinking partner through every stage of growth, not a fixed program with a defined end date.

Ongoing access to work through decisions, transitions, and challenges as they arise. No fixed agenda. The work adapts to what matters most in any given month: a leadership hire that needs to land well, a restructuring that's creating friction, a board conversation that requires preparation, or a strategic question that doesn't have an obvious answer.

Duration: Ongoing, typically monthly
Investment: €3,000-€5,000/month
Best for: Founders who've been through a program with us and want continued support, or experienced leaders who know exactly what they need from a senior partner

Founder Advisory

Direct, individual work with you as the founder or CEO. Not organizational work. Personal work on the leadership challenges that come with growing a company beyond the stage where your instincts alone are sufficient.

This is where we work on the transition from hands-on operator to scalable leader: learning to lead through the team rather than around it, making decisions you've never had to make before, and navigating the loneliness that comes with being the person everyone else looks to for answers.
